Ø  Expert at Adobe Creative Suite and telling stories visually. 

Ø  Proficient in luxury multi-family, resort, boutique hotel, and immersive branding.

Ø  Up-to-date on design trends, fashions, and new artistic styles.

Ø  Lifestyle and themed environment expertise a big plus.

Ø  Provide a link to samples of your original work to excite us.

You’re the type of person who dreams in Pantone and wakes up with a sketchbook full of brilliance. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to weave themed concepts that resonate with our clients’ wildest dreams. You’ll take the ‘meh’ and morph it into ‘wow’, transforming the everyday into the unforgettable.


As our in-house Picasso, you’ll be the soloist in our symphony, conducting your creations under the baton of our Brand Architect and Creative Director. Your canvas? The world. Your tools? A fiery passion for design and a mastery of Adobe Creative Suite that would make the software’s creators blush.


You’re a storyteller, a boundary-pusher, a feedback-fanatic—not just a designer. You’re the secret ingredient we’ve been missing, the design dynamo who leaves a trail of ‘oohs’ and ‘aahs’ wherever you go.

STRATEGIC BRAND & DESIGN CAPABILITY:

 

Ø  Partner with Strategy to merge creative ideas with strategic insight. 

Ø  Design and Illustrate original branding and identities for large-scale themed master-planned communities, mixed-use developments, multi-family residential properties, boutique hotels and resorts, award-winning restaurants, and cultural attractions.   

Ø  Contribute creatively through ideation, brainstorming, visual development, and research as required to provide localization and contextualization to all project locations.

Ø  Work collaboratively with project leads and end-clients to take their projects to the next level and offer creative solutions that drive interest, short-term and long-term sales, investor, and capital funding.

Ø  Develop storyboards that clearly illustrate the intent of all creative elements within an experience so that the in-house team, client, and production artists are all on the same page.

Ø  Prepare pitch packages and conceptual ideation that’s so compelling, it wins work. 

Ø  Lead strategic design sessions with senior client groups.

 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

 

Ø  Understanding/awareness of the local aesthetic and culture when creating local and global brands, e.g. type, color issues, symbols etc. for regions

Ø  Proven background & portfolio of branding and identity development and design for multi-national corporations, mid-sized businesses, startups, and scale-ups. 

Ø  Skilled eye for original, beautiful, and powerful design aesthetic, with a versatile style and examples of "out of the box" thinking.

Ø  Technical and creative proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)

Ø  Ability to contribute high-quality, creative concepts for medium and large-scale projects, demonstrating illustrative skills with rough sketches (i.e.: Concept Designs, Storyboards, Beat Boards, Sketch-ups, etc.)

Ø  A self-starter who works independently, quickly, and meets expectations/deadlines.

Ø  Must be fast and efficient with great written and verbal communication skills.

Ø  Multi-Lingual a Plus!  We work in English, Spanish, German, Dutch, and Arabic.
