Larimer & Co. has been selected as the Agency of Record for The Helix at Lake Mary -- a 300-unit, $60M Class A resort-style apartment community nestled on 16-acres in the heart of Lake Mary’s Wellness and Technology Park – a 153-acre, $750M mixed-use development. Larimer & Co. will provide the naming, theming, creative strategy and brand messaging from concept through completion and lease-up.
